The latest utimate tinymce does not
    1. put a setting link on the tool bar access
    2. the advanced image button produces a blank square (I tried this on two different 3.9.1 websites)
    3. The image insert button produces a table with a lot of ezimage stuff and is hard to read. But it appears that the normal URL insert, width, height and so on are there just hard to read.)
    4. I have not tested any other buttons and have now real desire to do so.
    5. There are other tinymce plugins available or code insertions in the functions.php to enable the tinymce buttons.
