Malea has a fascination with nail polish. She absolutely loves having her fingernails and toenails painted, and showing them off to people in the street. When we first started painting, we used solid colors. But as time went on, solid colors became dull and unimaginative. So we started doing some creative designs, and we are still learning new ones each day.
I’d like to thank a friend for the enormous polish collection. Thanks Aleisha!! Your polish has been quite useful and Malea thanks you also. We have already enjoyed numerous hours of fun, and we look forward to many more. I know the photos here don’t do it much justice, but I’ll add new ones soon.
Being the OCD person I am, I wanted a display to show the different polishes while also making them easily accessible. You know, something like they use in the salons. But after some research, I found those displays can be quite expensive. So I decided to make one using the thick posterboard (foamboard) you can purchase at any craft store. After some measured cuts, a little glue, and some glittery letters… the masterpiece was created.
